Who designed this building?

It would be nice if this page described who designed this building? Were the facades of the original buildings left in place and the new building built up from the interior of the old buildings? It is creative and unusual, and it would be nice if this page told the story. r3 (talk) 21:06, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
